Who we are and what this policy covers
Ordo Corporate Pty Ltd (Ordo, we, us or our) provides company secretarial, accounting, reporting and listing-readiness support. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website, enquiries, recruitment and related business communications.
Where the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles apply to us, we handle personal information in accordance with those requirements.

Information we collect
The information we collect depends on how you deal with us. We generally collect only what we need to respond to an enquiry, consider an application, manage a business relationship or operate the website.
- Your name, job title, company and professional contact details
- Information included in an enquiry, email, telephone call or other correspondence
- Recruitment information, including a résumé, employment history, qualifications and referee details
- Business and professional information relevant to a prospective or current engagement
- Website usage information such as pages visited, referrer, general location, device and browser type

How we collect information
We usually collect personal information directly from you when you use our contact form, correspond with us, speak with our team or apply for a role. We may also receive it from your employer or authorised representative, a referee you nominate, our service providers or public professional sources.
If you give us another person’s details, including a referee’s details, please make sure you are authorised to do so and that the person understands why their information is being provided.

Who we disclose information to
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose it where reasonably necessary to our personnel and contractors, technology and professional service providers, insurers, auditors, advisers, regulators, courts or law-enforcement bodies.
Our website may use service providers such as Formspree to receive form submissions and Vercel to host and measure website usage. Those providers handle information under their own contractual and privacy arrangements.

Overseas processing
Some technology providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. Provider locations and infrastructure can change. Where required, we take reasonable steps to ensure overseas handling is consistent with applicable Australian privacy requirements.

Website analytics
We use privacy-focused website analytics to understand which pages are visited and how people arrive at the site. The current analytics configuration records aggregated information and does not use third-party cookies to follow visitors across unrelated websites.
You can limit website data through your browser settings or privacy tools. Blocking analytics does not prevent you from using the site.

Storage, security and retention
We take reasonable administrative, technical and physical steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to meet legal or professional obligations, or to manage a claim or dispute. Information that is no longer required is deleted or de-identified where practicable.

Access and correction
You may ask to access personal information we hold about you or request that it be corrected by contacting info@ordocorp.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. If an exception applies, we will explain it where required.

Privacy questions or complaints can be sent to info@ordocorp.com or to our office at Suite 204, 3 Hosking Place, Sydney NSW 2000. We will review the matter and respond within a reasonable time.
If the Privacy Act applies and you are not satisfied with our response, you may be able to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

We may update this policy when our practices, providers or legal obligations change. The current version will be published on this page with its effective date.
